 Interested applicants must possess the following:

   - Strong teamwork skills

   - Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written communication) with management, staff and outside entities

   - Follow verbal and written instructions in English

   - Safety consciousness

   - Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures strongly preferred

   - Willingness and ability to travel and work overtime (nights and weekends), when needed

   - Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License

   - Must have history of safe driving record

   - Must pass a criminal background check, routine physical and drug screen
